Accessibility

StatVault should work for everyone who loves sports history, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or reduced motion. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.

How we test

• Automated axe checks run against a set of key pages as part of our release checks.
• Pages are built to work with a keyboard alone: search opens with / or ⌘K, menus open with Enter and close with Escape.
• Motion respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
• Stat tables use real table markup with headers, so screen readers can announce each column.

Known gaps

• Some wide stat tables scroll sideways on small screens.
• Hand-drawn charts carry text summaries, but not every chart has a full data-table alternative yet.

Report a barrier

If something gets in your way, tell us which page and what happened. A person reads every message, and accessibility reports are fixed ahead of new features.
