19th-Century Majors
Syracuse Stars
Active 1879–1890 · 47 players
A defunct franchise with no continuous modern successor. Its players are attributed here to Syracuse Stars itself — never folded into an unrelated modern club, which would fabricate a lineage that never existed. See the full index of lost clubs.
Mount Rushmore
The four largest measured careers at this club, by StatVault VAL attributed to Syracuse Stars itself. A season counts here only when Syracuse Stars is the one club whose recorded span covers it — 23 contested seasons are credited to nobody rather than double-counted. 12 of 47 players on this roster carry a measurable VAL.
